How did Chef.I Began?

The story of Chef.I began with a simple yet powerful idea: to help people eat better food. It all started during a work trip through Europe's remote rural areas. Hanoch, our founder, is a food enthusiast who is passionate about his diet and has struggled to find relevant dining options in these regions as he is on a keto diet. This experience highlighted a gap in the market—travelers and locals alike needed a reliable way to discover great restaurants that offered nutritious and delicious meals.
Inspired by this challenge, the idea of Chef.I was born. The vision was to create a platform that could connect people with the best local eateries, no matter where they were. The goal was to make finding good food more accessible, promoting healthy eating habits, and supporting local businesses. By leveraging technology, Chef. I aimed to bridge the gap between food lovers and hidden culinary gems everywhere.
The initial phase involved extensive research and development. Our team explored various regions, met with restaurant owners, and gathered valuable insights into the local food scene.
