Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
In a skillet, cook ground beef with onions and garlic until browned.
Step 3
Add olives, raisins, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Step 4
Cool the filling slightly.
Step 5
Fill empanada dough circles with beef mixture and fold over, sealing edges.
Step 6
Brush with beaten egg.
Step 7
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
