Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff is a Russian dish of sautéed pieces of beef served in a sauce with sour cream, typically over noodles or rice.

Preparation
Step 1
Season beef slices with salt and black pepper.
Step 2
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Cook beef until browned and set aside.
Step 4
In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until tender.
Step 5
Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
Step 6
Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Add beef broth and bring to a simmer.
Step 8
Return beef to the skillet and stir in sour cream.
Step 9
Cook until sauce is thickened and beef is heated through.
Step 10
Serve over egg noodles or rice, garnished with fresh parsley.
