Bibimbap
Bibimbap is a popular Korean dish consisting of a bowl of warm rice topped with various sautéed and seasoned vegetables, beef, and a fried egg.
Preparation
Step 1
Season ground beef with soy sauce, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and cook beef until browned.
Step 3
Sauté carrot and zucchini separately until tender.
Step 4
In bowls, arrange warm rice, beef, carrot, zucchini, spinach, and bean sprouts.
Step 5
Fry eggs and place one on top of each bowl.
Step 6
Drizzle with sesame oil and serve with gochujang.

- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

- Gochujang (Korean chili paste) for serving
