Preparation
Step 1

Step 2
Brush fish fillets with melted butter and coat with spice mixture.
Step 3
Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat until smoking.
Step 4
Cook fish fillets for 2-3 minutes per side until blackened and cooked through.
Step 5
Serve with lemon wedges.
