Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large pot and sauté onions, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.
Step 2
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Step 3
Stir in tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add diced tomatoes, red wine, milk, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper.
Step 5
Simmer on low heat for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Adjust seasoning to taste before serving.
