Preparation

Step 1

Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Step 3

Step 4

Add diced tomatoes, red wine, milk, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper.

Step 5

Simmer on low heat for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 6
