Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
Form mixture into small meatballs.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 4
Cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
Step 5
Add tomato sauce and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Step 6
Serve meatballs with sauce.
