Buffalo Cauliflower
Buffalo Cauliflower is a spicy and tangy vegetarian alternative to buffalo wings, made with roasted cauliflower coated in a buffalo sauce.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3
Dip cauliflower florets into the batter and arrange on the baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender and crispy.
Step 5
Toss baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce.
Step 6
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Step 7
Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
