Buffalo Wings

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3
Dredge chicken wings in the flour mixture.
Step 4
Fry wings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
Step 5
Drain on paper towels and toss in buffalo sauce.
Step 6
