Cabbage Rolls are savory rolls made from cabbage leaves stuffed with a mixture of ground meat and rice, then simmered in a tomato sauce.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Remove core from cabbage and cook leaves until tender. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper.
Place a spoonful of filling on each cabbage leaf and roll up, tucking in the sides.
Arrange rolls in a baking dish and pour tomato sauce and beef broth over them.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
Let cool slightly before serving.
