Cajun Chicken
Cajun Chicken is a spicy, flavorful chicken dish seasoned with Cajun spices and often served with a side of vegetables or rice.
Preparation
Step 1
Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Step 3
Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Step 4
Stir in heavy cream and cook until slightly thickened.
Step 5
Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce before serving.
