Chicken Alfredo
Chicken Alfredo is a creamy pasta dish featuring tender chicken pieces in a rich Alfredo sauce made from butter, cream, and Parmesan cheese.
Preparation
Step 1
Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
Step 3
Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and cook until sauce has thickened.
Step 5
Return chicken to the skillet and toss with the sauce. Add cooked fettuccine and toss to coat.
Step 6
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
