Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and cook until sauce has thickened.
Return chicken to the skillet and toss with the sauce. Add cooked fettuccine and toss to coat.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
