Chicken Enchiladas

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with 1/2 cup enchilada sauce, chopped onions, and cilantro.
Step 3
Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
Step 4
Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture, roll up, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
Step 5
Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Step 6
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
