Chicken Kiev
Chicken Kiev is a classic dish featuring chicken breasts stuffed with a garlic and herb butter, then breaded and fried until crispy.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
In a bowl, mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, and dill.
Step 3
Pound chicken breasts thin and spread butter mixture over each. Roll up chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks.
Step 4
Dredge chicken in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with bread crumbs.
Step 5
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden brown on all sides.
Step 6
Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
