Chicken Korma
Chicken Korma is a rich and creamy Indian curry made with chicken simmered in a blend of yogurt, cream, and spices.
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger, and cook until softened.
Step 2
Stir in korma curry paste and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
Step 4
Stir in yogurt, heavy cream, ground almonds, and chicken broth. Simmer for 30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce is thickened.
Step 5
Season with salt and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
