Chicken Satay

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Marinate chicken strips in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
Step 3
Grill skewers over medium heat, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, whisk together peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, and honey to make the sauce.
Step 5
Serve grilled chicken with peanut sauce for dipping.
