Chicken Tetrazzini
Chicken Tetrazzini is a creamy pasta dish made with chicken, mushrooms, and spaghetti in a rich cheese sauce, baked until bubbly.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms and cook until softened.

Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring constantly until sauce is thickened.
