Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just boiling.
Step 2
Remove from heat and stir in chopped chocolate and butter until smooth.
Step 3
Stir in vanilla extract.
Step 4
Transfer to a fondue pot or bowl. Serve with fruit and marshmallows for dipping.
