Crab Cakes
Crab Cakes are savory, tender cakes made with fresh crab meat, breadcrumbs, and seasonings. They're often served with a tangy remoulade or tartar sauce.
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, gently combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, parsley, mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Step 2
Form mixture into patties.
Step 3
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry crab cakes until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Step 4
Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite sauce.
