Roll out dough into a large rectangle. Fold dough into thirds, then roll out again. Repeat folding and rolling 3-4 times.
Cut dough into triangles and roll up from the wide end. Shape into crescents and place on a baking sheet.
Brush with beaten egg and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
