Deviled Eggs
Deviled Eggs are a classic appetizer made from halved hard-boiled eggs filled with a creamy, seasoned yolk mixture. They’re perfect for parties and gatherings.
Preparation
Step 1
Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
Step 2
Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
Step 3
Mash yolks and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Step 4
Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites.
Step 5
Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
