Preparation
Step 1
Heat chicken broth in a pot until simmering. Add cornstarch mixture and stir until thickened.
Step 2
Slowly pour beaten eggs into the simmering broth while stirring gently to create egg ribbons.
Step 3
Add peas or corn and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 4
Season with salt and white pepper. Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
