Escargot
Escargot is a French delicacy made from land snails cooked in a garlic herb butter. It’s a unique and flavorful appetizer often enjoyed with crusty bread.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix butter, garlic, parsley, white wine, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Step 2
Place escargots in escargot dishes or a baking dish.
Step 3
Top each escargot with a generous amount of garlic herb butter.
Step 4
Bake for 10-15 minutes until butter is bubbly and escargots are cooked through. Serve with crusty bread.
