Fattoush
Fattoush is a refreshing Middle Eastern salad made with mixed greens, vegetables, and crispy pieces of pita bread, dressed in a tangy lemon vinaigrette.
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, parsley, and mint.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
Step 4
Add pita pieces and toss gently. Serve immediately.
