Fettuccine Carbonara
Fettuccine Carbonara is a classic Italian pasta dish featuring fettuccine noodles in a creamy sauce made with eggs, Parmesan cheese, pancetta, and black pepper.
Preparation
Step 1
Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a skillet, cook pancetta until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 3
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
Step 4
In the same skillet, cook garlic until fragrant. Add cooked pasta and pancetta.
Step 5
Remove from heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture until creamy. Season with salt and black pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.
