Goulash

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
Step 2
Add onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
Step 3
Stir in paprika and caraway seeds, and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add diced tomatoes and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1-1.5 hours until beef is tender.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
