Guava Cheesecake
Guava Cheesecake is a tropical twist on classic cheesecake, featuring a creamy guava-flavored filling and a buttery graham cracker crust. It's a rich and delightful dessert.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
Step 2
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Step 3
Stir in guava paste and vanilla extract. Pour filling over crust in the pan.
Step 4
Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Remove from oven and let cool.
Step 5
Spread sour cream over top and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
