Huevos Rancheros
Huevos Rancheros is a traditional Mexican breakfast dish featuring fried eggs on corn tortillas topped with a spicy tomato-chili sauce.
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a skillet and fry tortillas until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Step 2

Step 4
