Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic.
Step 2
Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
Step 3
Season with salt to taste and garnish with paprika if desired.
