Korean BBQ Ribs
Korean BBQ Ribs are tender and flavorful, marinated in a sweet and savory Korean BBQ sauce and grilled to perfection.
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, gochujang, and honey to make the marinade.
Step 2
Place ribs in a large resealable bag and pour marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Step 3
Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove ribs from marinade and grill for 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and cooked through.
Step 4
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
