Korean Bibimbap
Bibimbap is a traditional Korean dish consisting of rice topped with a variety of vegetables, meat, and a spicy gochujang sauce.
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix gochujang, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and garlic to make the sauce.
Step 2
Divide rice among bowls. Top with spinach, bean sprouts, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, and ground beef.
Step 3
Fry eggs sunny-side up and place one on top of each bowl.
Step 4
Drizzle with gochujang sauce and serve.

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup spinach, blanched
- 1 cup bean sprouts, blanched
- 1 cup carrots, julienned and sautéed
- 1 cup zucchini, julienned and sautéed
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
- 1/2 lb ground beef, cooked and seasoned
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt
- Black pepper
