In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with egg and a pinch of salt.
In a baking dish, spread a layer of meat sauce, followed by noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden. Let cool before serving.
