Lobster Mac and Cheese
Lobster Mac and Cheese is a decadent twist on classic mac and cheese, featuring tender lobster meat in a creamy, cheesy sauce.
Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni according to package instructions and set aside.
Step 2
In a pot, melt butter and stir in flour. Cook for 2 minutes, then gradually add milk, whisking constantly.
Step 3
Add cheddar and Parmesan cheese, and cook until melted and smooth. Stir in lobster meat.
Step 4
Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni. Transfer to a baking dish.
Step 5
Mix breadcrumbs with parsley and sprinkle over mac and cheese. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
