Lobster Roll
A Lobster Roll is a classic New England sandwich filled with tender lobster meat mixed with a light dressing and served in a buttered roll.
Preparation
Step 1
Cook lobster tails in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Remove meat from shells and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, celery, salt, and pepper. Fold in lobster meat.
Step 3
Butter hot dog rolls and toast them in a pan until golden.
Step 4
Fill rolls with lobster mixture and serve.
