Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni according to package instructions and set aside.
Step 2
In a pot, melt butter and stir in flour. Cook for 2 minutes, then gradually add milk, whisking constantly.
Step 3
Add cheddar and Parmesan cheese, and cook until melted and smooth.
Step 4
Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
