Mango Chutney
Mango Chutney is a sweet and spicy condiment made with ripe mangoes, sugar, and a blend of spices.
Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot, combine mangoes, sugar, vinegar, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, and cloves.
Step 2
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
Step 3
Season with salt and stir in cilantro. Let cool before transferring to jars.
