Mango Sticky Rice
Mango Sticky Rice is a popular Thai dessert made with glutinous rice, sweetened coconut milk, and ripe mango slices.
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse glutinous rice until water runs clear. Cook rice in water according to package instructions.
Step 2
In a saucepan, heat coconut milk, sugar, and salt until sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
Step 3
Mix cooked rice with coconut milk mixture and let sit for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Serve rice with mango slices on the side. Garnish with sesame seeds or shredded coconut if desired.
