Meatballs
Meatballs are seasoned ground meat rolled into balls, often served with marinara sauce and pasta or as a sub sandwich.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Step 3
Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes, until cooked through.
Step 5
Heat marinara sauce in a pan and add meatballs. Simmer for 10 minutes before serving.
