Meatloaf is a classic American dish made from ground meat mixed with breadcrumbs and seasonings, baked in a loaf shape.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, ketchup, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Step 3
Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf.
Step 4
Place in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour, until cooked through.
