No-Bake Cheesecake
No-Bake Cheesecake is a creamy and easy-to-make dessert that doesn't require baking, featuring a graham cracker crust and a smooth cheese filling.
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
Step 4
Pour filling over crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Step 5
Top with fresh fruit or fruit sauce before serving if desired.
