Oatmeal Cookies
Oatmeal Cookies are chewy and delicious, made with oats, raisins, and a touch of cinnamon.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
Step 3
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add to the butter mixture.
Step 4
Stir in oats and raisins.
Step 5
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
Step 6
Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
