Preparation
Step 1

Fold in cabbage, green onions, bacon, and carrot.
Step 3
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
Step 4
Pour batter into the skillet, spreading it into a round pancake. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 5
Drizzle with okonomiyaki sauce and Japanese mayo. Sprinkle with katsuobushi and aonori if desired.
