Paneer Tikka
Paneer Tikka is a popular Indian appetizer made from marinated paneer cubes grilled to perfection.
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, tikka masala, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Add paneer cubes and coat evenly with marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Step 3
Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). Thread paneer onto skewers.
Step 4
Brush with oil and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
Step 5
Garnish with cilantro and serve with mint chutney.
