Panna Cotta
Panna Cotta is an Italian dessert made from sweetened cream thickened with gelatin and often served with fruit or caramel sauce.

Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan, heat cream, milk, and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Add vanilla bean and seeds, if using.
Step 2
In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water and let bloom for 5 minutes. Add gelatin mixture to the cream mixture and stir until dissolved.
Step 3
Pour mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, until set.
Step 4
Top with fresh berries or caramel sauce before serving.
