Preparation
Step 1
Cook pappardelle according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
Step 3
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Step 4
Pour in red wine and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Simmer sauce for 15 minutes. Toss with cooked pappardelle.
Step 6
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
