Peking Duck

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
Rinse the duck and pat dry. Rub with soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and five-spice powder.
Step 3
Place the duck on a rack in a roasting pan. Roast for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender.
Step 4
Let the duck rest before carving. Serve with hoisin sauce, green onions, and Mandarin pancakes.
