Pineapple Fried Rice
Pineapple Fried Rice is a flavorful dish combining sweet pineapple with savory fried rice.
Preparation
Step 1
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, cooking until softened.
Step 2
Add pineapple chunks and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 3
Push vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour beaten eggs into the empty side. Scramble until cooked.
Step 4
Add cooked rice and soy sauce to the skillet, mixing everything together. Stir in green onions and season with salt and pepper.
