Polenta
Polenta is a creamy cornmeal dish that can be served soft or allowed to set and be sliced.

Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan, bring water or chicken broth to a boil.
Step 2
Slowly whisk in polenta and reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring frequently, for 30 minutes until thickened.
Step 3
Stir in Parmesan cheese and butter. Season with salt and pepper.
