Pork Belly Buns are steamed buns filled with tender, flavorful pork belly and pickled vegetables.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
Step 2
Season pork belly with salt and pepper. Roast for 2-3 hours until tender.
Step 3
Slice the roasted pork belly into small pieces and toss with hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar.
Step 4
Steam bao buns according to package instructions. Fill with pork belly and top with pickled vegetables.
