Pork Schnitzel
Pork Schnitzel is a breaded and fried pork cutlet, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Preparation
Step 1
Pound pork cutlets to an even thickness. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Dredge each cutlet in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry cutlets until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
